Do you think that there's a such thing as being overly confident. I've met a couple girls who seem to be overly confident and it comes off kind of stuck up. Am I just translating it wrong or am I not the only one who has had this experience.

No there are such people who are over confident and actually over confident people are known to not reach expectations easily in life. Psychology. I go to college and there are many of those girls I don't talk to them and also many other places they are the same as usual I don't mingle with them either.

Sounds like a narcissistic personality to me. Or at least a component of such behavior.

Nadine: I'm the same way I take sociology and I notice why people act the way they do now that I've taken the class. And I totally understand how they could fail to meet expectation. Kind of like all bark no bite. I try really hard to not be ethnocentric and judge them, I was just hoping I wasn't crazy.
Shelley: that's another word for it, I try not to fault people for it though because I know sometimes they can't help it.
