anyone a hairdresser? URGENT HELP PLZ

hey guys im hoping theres a hairdresser out there who uses loreal diarichesse? im doing a clients hair tomoz and she is a 10 all over with a natural base 7 and wants to drop a shade down so i have choosen 9.13 with 9vol but i wondered whether it would work on her roots and also whether i should do the roots then mid lengths and ends or whether i should whack the colour on everywhere at same time as ive got to monitor it? i hope this makes sense and there is someone who can help pretty please? :) x x

It sounds like it will work but I would opt for a higher volume on her new growth. Leave that on for 5-10 minutes before applying the rest of your color. This should ensure that it comes out evenly. Hope everything works out!

Aren't diarichesse colours only tone on tone? I'm in Australia so things may be different here...
