Cut off all damaged ends, do hair masks, use leave in conditioner, use the least amount of heat as possible and if you do use a heat protectant.

Deep conditioning is amazing. just wash your hair, condition, detangle, cover it with a shower cap, and leave it in for 20 minutes. make sure to not do it more than once a week!

Cut any split ends..Eating a well balance diet, drinking plenty of water..don't wash your hair everyday coz it takes away natural oils from your hair..any kind of heat to your hair is not good, if you can't do away with it totally then use heat protectant..if you color your hair try semi permanent colors or ammonia free dyes..Use deep conditioners, hair mask, and hot oil treatments to put the lost moisture back into your hair.

1. If you curl your hair use rollers instead it helps put less heat in your hair and they work just as great!
2. Don't use hairspray! It's not even worth it only use it when it's accoully needed or just put a small amount
3. Take a shower every OTHER day
4. Cut off split ends
