How can I save money to get makeup for a ten year old

You can look at products that are very cheap in price but not in quality, like "elf" at target. Their items run $1-$3 for individual items and pretty good brushes and maybe $10 for very very large palettes, and "elf" is usually well received by makeup users! Other cheap and easily accessible brands with a good reputation include NYX and Wet n'Wild, as well as most drug store products. As for saving money, every time I buy something, I put the change in a little piggy bank! If I pay for something less than $5, I put the remainder of the $5 bill in my piggy bank, if I buy something over $15 with a $20 bill, I put the remainder/change in my piggy bank. And I always put my coins in a jar. I always have extra money to spend on little goodies that way! AND it helps me watch my spending during shopping trips also. You'll have money for a couple items in no time!
