I am currently using Revlon colorstay and the elf flat top powder brush to apply it.I don't know if its the change in weather, or my oily skin.But I have acne so I need full coverage but not the caked on look.HELP ME! Lol

You can still use that foundation and powder maybe try getting a dome shaped buffer brush from Sonia kaushik and buff in circular motion. That will help blend out the foundation and makes it look less cakey. And the way you apply foundation is important. Just dab foundation on forehead, cheeks, chin and then blend with sponge. Then use the brush and buff it out.
