Hair Smells Like Toner.

I got my hair dyed a day ago, and I noticed that it still smells like hair toner in my hair instead of my shampoo. Why is that?

Since the dye is still new it's still in your hair - probably if you shower you will still see the colors bleeding in the water - until the color stops bleeding you probably will still smell it but it should go away after a few days of washing.
