You need a peach color corrector. It cancels out darkness. Many brands make them, from Graftobian to Bobbi brown. You apply the color corrector then apply your under eye concealer (MAC prolongwear is amazing and ceaseless) and set it with powder.

Colour corrector in your case can fix a lot.
Corrector, foundation, concealer, setting powder. With powder you can get either a translucent one, nars has a great one I use, elf has a specific under eye one which I sometimes use. The other option is matching the loose powder estee Lauder sells, in the same colour as your foundation for a flawless one colour.

Try using bio oil. It's my solution to everything, like a multi miracle worker!
But this can take a few weeks for the dark circles to completely disappear, so in the meantime, I would use a concealer. I reccomend a stick one, just because they are easier to apply and blend in my opinion. I use the No7 match made service one
