How can I somehow make my pores smaller or not as noticeable when wearing my makeup! Especially above my lip and around my nose/ cheek area?

I use Benefit's The Porefessional and that works well for me. I also noticed that my pores started to look less noticeable when i cut soda out of my diet and started drinking a lot more water instead.
