I heated water in a cup n put the olive oil in a serum bottle where I can just pump it n the oil came warm.
I'm just putting it straight to my scalp n massaging it, sections though. And after I put it all over

I would get extra virgin and I would do it max 1 time a week. and it won't affect your pregnancy.

I only use extra virgin. it basically more natural and has more benefits since it isnt modified. olive oil isnt bad but it would just be better to get extra virgin so don't worry. it should benefit your hair a bit but probably not as much.
on another note I recommend you add honey too my hair looks and feels amazing when I mix them together

I'm tryna grow out my natural hair, and I seen one inch now of my natural hair cus it's dark black, I'm Filipino n we have the soft silky black hair,
I noticed my hair grew cus I dyed my hair brown and I can see that my black hair is straight n the brown hair is all damaged n frizzy curly
