I love NYCs liquid liner. it's matte and stays all day. it does have an actual brush tip applicator but it's very thin.

I agree with Erin. That stuff stays on forever. I went to my moms friends farm house last summer, and the water is unfiltered well water which I get bad hives from, so I couldn't wash my face for two nights (I know, it was terrible). When I got home, my eyeliner was still on, not smudged or worn off anywhere. I still had perfect winged eyeliner lol.
I love the KVD pen liner too, it's my favorite other than UD.

Kat Von D!! Loveeeee this stuff and it last for forever. I have tried Stila's too but its harder to apply with its felt tip. I have also tried Maybelline, Milani, Wet N Wild, Covergirl, Nyx, and Revlons and none of them were black enough and they barely lasted. When I use KVD's it stays from 7am-10pm
and it still looks black and perfect. I wasted so much money (most drugstore range at about $7-$10) when KVD's is $18 last forever and works better💕

Wet n wild mega liner, is my favorite right now! I use it to do my wings! It's very opaque and it dries fairly quickly!
