I've been taking vitamin b complex since Wednesday and started breaking out. Does it trigger acne?

If your taking the recommend amout it shouldn't if your taking to much it can ,taking to much b complex can cause your follicles to be irritated, and that will cause inflammation that leads to breakouts you should only be taking a amount recommend by your Dr after blood work has been done especially if your anemic. And I do agree about drinking lots of water

I drink a lot of water. I believe I have taken a mega dose. I don't think I need the supplement I just realized I'm eating food rich in those vitamins already. Thank you ladies for your thoughts.

I find personally B complex is helping my skin, especially healing breakouts. But I am also very deficient in vitamin B complex. But all vitamins are stimulating to the body, definitely agree with the water thing.
