You can buy special black head strips at any drugstore. they work like patches, you just put them on your nose (or anywhere else where you have blackheads) and when you rip it off, the blackheads will stick to the patch!

In terms of natural/homemade things, you'll be in a bit of a bind. Using ice on your face before you put on your makeup and keeping your primer in the fridge can minimize pores.

Get a face cream or face primer with silicone in it...and it will help with large pores.
