Last year I got really bad dandruff and I had it for about 3 months before I cleared it up somehow and I never had it again untill now. lately my hair has been flaky and my hair has been super dull and dry. I have tried head and shoulders and it just aggravates my scalp even more. I also tried apple cider vinegar but it only helped a lil bit and I'm starting highschool in 4 days so please help! 😅

Maybe you can try this:
Oils like coconut, almond or olive can be used to keep the scalp moisturised and prevent dandruff. Simply warm up some oil in a bowl and apply with a scalp massage, ensuring that the entire scalp is covered. Wrap the hair and scalp in a towel and leave the oil on overnight. Then rinse the hair in the morning.
Or this:
Aloe vera gel contains healing, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Applying fresh aloe vera gel on the scalp keeps dandruff at bay. Keep the gel on for 30 minutes. Wash your hair with an aloe vera based shampoo.
I really recommend the coconut oil though but make sure you get organic cold pressed coconut oil. If you do the aloe vera I recommend you get that as organic as possible as well.

You didn't switch shampoos or start using a different hair product did you? Oh and you could also try selsun blue, it's another dandruff shampoo.
