In November I dyed my hair using a non permanent at home dye, and the color has faded but it's not gone yet. & I really want my natural hair color back... How do I get it back?:(

You can try mixing baking soda with a dandruff shampoo, such as Head & Shoulders, it should help.

Will it damage my hair? & how much baking soda?

I don't know how much, but that shouldn't damage your hair at all! Baking soda is actually one of the best things for your hair. Some people just use baking soda and water as their shampoo, or some mix baking soda with their shampoo. Baking soda moisturizes your hair to make it silky, gets rid of dandruff, makes your hair very healthy and much more!

It won't, & just enough so that it'll turn into a thick paste. The dandruff shampoo should help on its own if you don't want to add baking soda.

It's not going to fade out much more. Same thing happened to me. I had to dye my hair one level higher than my natural to cover the faded color.

So I will try the baking soda and dandruff shampoo but if it doesn't work I just have to dye it again?

Sadly since the color is permanent it will remain on your hair until it grows out and is cut off. They do sell strippers that strip the color off but they generally damage your hair and don't get them back to what they should be. I suggest coloring it as close as you can to your natural and then leave it be until you can cut off what was colored! Best of luck!
