its my favourite and its just snapped *sobs* is there any hope?can I fix it??

Yep. Melt the spot between the break with a match or lighter just a little and stick it back on. Roll down and place in freezer for a fast dry or let sit out for 10 mins and you are good to go.

i think Michelle Phan has a video/tutorial about situations like this, but if not then i would definitely buy a clear container at a beauty supply store & store the broken lipstick in there.
