Outfit help for rainy/cold weather?

Where I live the weather is awfull (did I spell that right?). Its 4 to -2 degrees and it rains all the time. What your tips and outfit ideas to be warm and dry and still look good? please help x

Are you Dutch? Haha judging from the name.
In this cold weather I wear my ugg boots all the time and my 220cm long scarf from Zara which is soooo nice and warm! If I were you I would combine such items with lots of layers and nice warm sweaters and some cute skinny jeans :)

I'm also with Maxime. I live in a place where it's cold & snowy 10months of the year. I wear pretty much exactly what Maxime suggested; uggs/boots, skinny jeans/leggings, sweaters, scarves, etc. always looks really cute :3

Honestly it's too cold to be trying to look all cute.. wear leggings under your jeans, a long thermal under a sweatshirt, under a jacket. some thick socks and some.boots and a scarf.. probably a beanie too. you have to be realistic..
