16 degrees is what, 45 fahrenheit? Try jeans, a pair of sneakers/combat boots/riding boots/sneaker wedges/whatever shoes you like, a plain long sleeved t shirt and a cozy cardigan or sweater.

I was wrong, it's around 60 degrees! Not good tanning weather, but you can wear a dress and come cute boots and a sweater, or jeans and a short sleeved top :)

I wouldn't wear sweaters or anything. Maybe I'm just Canadian, but 16?C is fairly warm?

I live in canada and I consider that warm. depending on where you're from and what you consider warm I Wouldn't bundle up in these big heavy sweaters but not quite shorts and tank top weather either. Maybe leggings and a flowy top :)
