Rub garlic on them or chop up some garlic and add it intoa clear nail polish bottle. Let it sit for 7-10 days. Then apply it.

Do you have any natural way than taking pills? :)

They're just a combination of vitamins. I also take a hair nail and skin vitamin along with my multivitamin and drink lots of water. I constantly cut my nails because I work out and I'd rather not break a nail. Lol also try massaging your nails and cuticles with olive or coconut oil.

Better way is to massage your nails with olive oil and file them after 2 or 3 days and see results. Moreover olive oil will help you to make your nails strong. hope it helps.

Yep garlic works amazingly... I have a friend who has always had short bitten nails, and she's a cook, and she's been cooking with garlic lately and her nails were really long. She was asking me about it, lol. You have to take the pills for about 4 months for it to come into effect, so it's not my favorite way.
