I love fresh sugar lip treatment. IMO it's the best product out there for chapped lips it's super moisturizing not waxy, greasy, or sticky.

Try a lip scrub, lush has some really good ones but make sure you moisturizer afterwards! I know Carmex doesn't smell good but it's amazing.

Lush sugar lip scrubs! after I use this (you can lick it off) I put on lush honey trap lip balm. also if you live in Australia there's a product called Lucas' paw paw ointment and it works wonders! you can multi use this as well (cuts and burns, bug bites etc) I'm not sure but you may find it in your local chemist/drugstore :)

Using a lip scrub. I love the ones at lush, they have different flavors. I have even made my own before and it worked great! Basically you scrub your lips with it, and that gets rid of the dry, dead skin. Then wash your lips of and apply some bee's wax lip product. (Also sold at lush) and your lips are healthy, soft, and moisturized!

Don't use Chapstick. It's proven that it dries your lips out so they crave it so consumers buy more. I use Vaseline with cocoa butter. I use it to plump my lips n treat them n it works within a few hrs!

Blistex medicated lip balm is amazing! My nose was stuffed up the other day so I had to breathe through my mouth while I slept and when I woke up my lips were dryer then dry and I put blistex on and it worked perfect.
