I'd go for silver or black heels. black is better though if you don't want to take away from the dress. and try to stick to a smaller silver necklace and maybe a bracelet or two. the dress is so gorgeous so I wouldn't take away from it.

I wouldn't say green there's already tons on the dress. The tulle around it look like a light blue, try pearlescent silver wedges with silver blue jewelry.

Silver shoes and jewelry for sure! And for hair I would leave it down because its strapless and for makeup I would a dark eye or silver and nude lips, maybe something like this
