I'm sorry I don't have a picture, but I need help styling my dress for a formal dance. It is red with small black polka dots. The back is partially open, and it is belted at the waist with a prayed bottom. It hit above the knee, an the neckline is above the cleavage. What kind of shoes, accessories, hairstyles, and makeup looks would look good with a dress like that? Thanks!

I'd go for black heels and red lipstick and winged eyeliner for that pin up look, then just loose curls
