@Caitriona that's what made me want to try it. Everyone said it's super gentle and doesn't break the hair and I have super kinky curly hair that breaks if you look at it too hard lol.

It actually works really well. It detangles great! Just go slow and the tangles just get brushed out. It didn't get caught and snag like it does with most brushes and combs.

I LOVE the wet brush!! It's so gentle and works very well!! I still have some tangles I have to get out with my fingers (holding the knot and pulling strands out a few at a time, not ripping at them haha) but for the most part it's perfect!! I haven't used it wet though haha but whatever!!
