Questions about black soap

I just recently bought some because I've seen hundreds of reviews discussing how great it is. However, I still have a couple more questions.

Is it okay to use a smell good soap with it?
How fast do you usually see results?
Is there a certain lotion I should use with it?

That's all the questions I can think of right now. Any answers are appreciated.

I personally have used black soap to wash my face. It worked great. I just used my regular moisturizer and I started seeing results within a couple weeks.

I've been using it in place of my usual body wash and I havent felt the need to switch up my body cream. I've been using it for about three weeks now and my skin doesnt look scaly due to the cold weather. The lather is thick enough to shave the legs as well.

Another question, is there a way to thicken it? The one I have is kind of watery.
