Dark Women of Color: Foundation Shade Equivalence

If you are dark skinned you already know how HARD it is to find the right shade. Its like every MAC counter automatically sells us NW45 right off the bat.

Please list the foundation shades that you have matched PERFECTLY.

If you have a foundation shade that is off (too red, too orange, too dark, to light) PLEASE mention that it was off.

MUFE 178 is really close. Clinique Stay Matte Sienna is a PERFECT match.

NW45 is way too red for me. I like NC50 much better.

I used to love love Mac because of the wide color range but now I'm a Bobbi Brown girl!

If you're near a black populated neighborhood, you can find Revlon and L'oreal colors as dark as NC55. The cvs/walmart by my house has darker shades but the one by my job (Beverly hills) only goes to shades equivalent to NW45/NC40. hope that helps.
