Should I get my haircut like the one in the right? I feel like my hair looks too long and lifeless. I'm the one on the left btw.

The cut is amazing but that alone won't give your hair the life you're looking for it looks like the picture was styled so if you get the cut be prepared to really put effort into making it look like this daily.
