Elf is online and in target. Liners, fixing spray, and brushes with the BLACK handles, as well as their new cream blush in a hygienic pump. I know they're drug store, but they're tiny essentials that look just as professional.

Wet n wild makeup, honestly (: their eyeshadows are amazingly pigmented and very pretty. Their eyeshadow primer is great, too. Bh cosmetics had some great stuff too, like their big 88 eyeshadow palettes and contouring palette. Rimmel has their amazing scandaleyes kohl liners for 3.97 at Walmart, their lip products are great too. They just came out in the us with their colour rush balms, they are really nice. Under 5 dollars too I think.

If you are looking for cheap ones, you should go on elf!! it's a really good website! drugstore makeups are also good, but somethings are not worth the price. Revlon and maybeline stuff are good and they are ok priced. but they do last a long time.

Elf is pretty good but its really a hit or miss with them. I would perfer bh over elf tho, I have the brazil pallette, eyes on the 60's pallette, Hollywood pallette and two glitters I love them all great pigmentation but there is a lot of fallout. wet&wild is pretty awesome too :)

Oh man bh is amazing for the price! Their brushes are very good and even their brush sets have a great rep. Their eyeshadows and blushes are usable especially for the price and they always have promotions. I'm sure they have one right now lol. Coastal scents is a lot like bh in prices and as far as products the sell and sets. The reveal palette they have is a dupe color wise to naked 1 and 2. I have the naked palettes so I don't personally have it, but side by side, it's undeniably similar down to the actual order the shadows are placed in lol. Their brushes are very usable for the price as well.
As mentioned before, elf is a great bargain cosmetic brand as well. Their studio line brushes are amazing and only $3. Their blushes are okay quality and some have better pigmentation than others but definitely worth a try. Their spot brush cleaner is pretty convenient as well. I like their lip exfoliator too. Uhm what else... They have empty quads that I put my mac eyeshadows in for easy travel haha.
Another brand to try for good prices would be jordana. Their lip crayon balm stains are highly pigmented and smooth. The color range could be better but no complaints as far as quality. Jordana has liquid liner pens and lip liners that are worth a try too.
NYC has great liquid liners and blushes too. As well as their sunny bronzer everyone loves.
Wet n wild has great quality eyeshadows for less than $5 I believe. I don't remember exactly how much and it varies but they're definitely worth a try too. Also, their lipsticks are super creamy!
Milani lipsticks are really creamy and pigmented too. The color range is pretty large too. Their blushes are good quality too. There are usually a ton of buy one get one deals for Milani at like cvs when I go.
Morphe is known for their brushes (which are awesome quality and range for the price) but they also have $2 eyeshadow pans in so many colors and finishes. They even have $2 false eyelashes that are full and pretty without that super fake look lol.
Hope this was good for now lol.

Let me start off by saying, Don't get all the high end junk. It's the same quality makeup for like double the price. Start off with Elf, it's really good. So is NYX, I am not really sure whether NYX is considered high end or not, but regardless, the pricing for it is awesome. You will need brushes. I would get the Elf kabuki brush for powder and stuff, and maybe a stippling brush for foundation or you can just apply it with your fingertips.(that is what I do) I would also reccomend Wet n' Wild (good quality for low price) and Maybelline.!
