When do you throw mascara away?

When do you guys throw away your mascara? I really need some tips on it? Also how do you know when your mascara is empty?

And when your lashes start flaking and the brush barley gets any mascara in it is when it's empty.

3 months but some maskaras are more wet then others so they last longer (I normally cheat a bit and keep then for a bit longer🙊) but you really shouldn't bacteria builds up and it's not very sanitary to keep it. For longer

When you pull the brush out of the tube and it has basically no mascara on it. Usually about 3 months :)

Every three months you should throw it away or sooner if the mascara starts getting goopey or dry.
