I have had this happen to me in the past and I know how you feel, it's very upsetting to know you just spent all this money and didn't get what you wanted at all. Especially if you showed the stylist a picture of EXACTLY what you wanted. You should definitely go back and get the stylist to fix it. Like you said, there is no red in it at all, it does not compliment your skin tone, and if you both picked out the colour but it did not turn out... Why should you have to settle for that? Don't feel guilty! By all means you are right in this situation.

I would definitely complain and ask for your money back. Now you have to get it done again and you're killing your hair in the process for their mistake.

Girl, I'm so sorry this happened to you! Like seriously, there is no way she even knew what she was doing! Your hair is BLACK, no where near the orange-red you wanted. If I were you, I'd go to the salon or lady and DEMAND a refund, that's just plain ridiculous

Thanks! Yeah I'm not a fan of dark hair. I've only had it done to fix box dye mistakes. I was born red but now my hair comes in blond lol. It's weird. I like it so much better. So I guess I'm glad I complained n had it fixed ;)
