This is kind of off topic but I really need help. I'm trying to plan my 15th birthday party, but it's winter and I can't really do any outside stuff. I really don't want to do anything big or expensive. Please help! What did you do for yours/ plan to do for yours?

Go skating and then go back to your house and chill! Watch movies etc.honestly just being with your friends is fun you don't need anything planned
or maybe go to a resto :)

I went to a fluoro party a few days ago. Invite a huge amount of friends and ask them to all wear highlighter colours. All you need to provide is the location, music, food, and a buttload of glow sticks/bracelets/necklaces to wear and break :D.
