Cold Weather Outfits?

I'm dying for spring to come. I practically live in skirts&dresses, and this cold weather is killing me! Due to temperatures below 30, I'm in need of some girly and cute outfit ideas that incorporate a vintage aspect to them. Preferably classic&vintage, but with some edgy/boho twists. Most importantly, it needs to be warm, which means preferably no skirts&dresses, because even with tights or leggings under it my legs freeze to death. Have any ideas? And what's your favorite ways to layer up for the winter weather?(:

I have to be honest I love spring and summer and wear shirts and dresses, this year I have taken to pairing all my spring and summer clothes with tights, cardigans, and tall boots and it is making me feel a lot better.  :)
