So the dress I was going to wear doesn't fit anymore so I'm am going shopping for winter ball! but I have no idea what to wear! we can't wear heels we can only wear wedges and flats I prefer wedges tho! I seriously don't know what to do!! oh the stores I will be going to are forever21 Macy's and JC penny wet seal.. so like can you guys help me like have ideas? or show me pictures of dresses from those stores I don't know how to my hair either.

I think white, silver, gold, or blue dresses would look great for a winter ball. I'll try to post some pics if I see any, is it formal? And also if you have a dillards, they usually have really cute dresses. But I would look online on Delia's, Lulus, ModCloth, Windsor.

As for hair, I need to see what dress you end up getting because that can make a huge difference on the hairstyle and makeup

Although , at least online from what I saw- I didn't look that much at macys- but the stores you listed didn't have too large of a selection of formal/ semi formal dresses, but good luck! :) I hope you find one and I'm sure you'll be beautiful in it!
