Liquid & Gel Eyeliner Help.

Ok soo it takes me a few tries to apply a perfect winged eyeliner only when I use gel and liquid because my eyelashes naturally curl outwards towards the ends soo it tends to rub on them and get on my crease aswell..unless I.apply it going inward towards.my water duc...I hope I'm.explaining myself correctly...soo my.question is.is.there another technique to avoid doing it.over or.cleaning it.up.?

I use 2 eyeliner brushes. One for my eyeliner and one with a tiny drop of eye make remover to fix any mistakes along the way. Then I go over my eyeliner with a black eyeshadow to lock into place. Also look into highend liners, as they are less likely to smudge. I like Stila felt tip liner pens.
