So I got this palette at sephora over the weekend and it's perfect! This is a must buy for neutral eye lovers, also the smell of chocolate is the cherry on top! I even like this more than my naked 3 palette 😝

I heard (and felt) that the matte shades were pretty chalky, which is why I didn't get it. Do you think they are or do you think the excellence of the other shadows balance them out? I'm curious.

I believe just one of the matte shades were chalky but a majority of the shadows are really good quality, I believe the pink shadow was slightly chalky but the others went on smooth like butter, I love the cherry cordial which is the burgundy looking colour I've been looking for a eyeshadow that colour for awhile now. And this palette looks amazing on all skintones.

Ignoring the awkward searching here is the palette on a lighter toned girl. I agree that the only real dud is the pink one. The glittery ones look awesome over a black base as well.

I love the Too-Faced Palette. The only palette that I have that has better quality shadows is my Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate Palette. I paid about $50 and its only half the amount of shadows, but for me, it was worth it.

I love that you swathed the colors on your arm because I have warmer skin tone like yours and its hard to tell if the colors actually show on my skin, that is the only problem I have with shadows and I don't want them to come off chalky,
