So I like old mascara that's nearly gone better than full new mascara. I feel that I can control it better when I apply it and that it makes my lashes fuller and fluffier. anyone feel the same?

I think it depends on the formulation of the mascara.

When it gets dry and clumpy, run the wand under hot water until it runs clear and put it back in the tube, the heat will melt it back. Also, don't even pump the wand in and out of the tube as this puts air into the tube cause it to dry out quicker.
