Firstly, I'm so jealous!! Haha! I would say I plain top, high waisted shorts with a pair of boots and an oversized cardigan would be nice!

I like wearing skinny jeans or leggings with oversized shirt/sweatshirt or plain shirt with jacket and scarf. Converses or combat boot. For hair, maybe soemthin on the messier side: scrunch it or messy braid or updo. Makeup, keep it simple: my face always gets really sweaty and oily at events like tht.

Jeans work with everything almost.
Wear jean pants for when it is cold and jean shorts for when it is warm. I wouldn't go with high waisted shorts personally. I think they look silly and are uncomfortable.
For a shirt I would go with some sort of sweater shirt when it's cold or you can go with a shirt you like and wear a leather jacket. Or you can have any jacket you like.
When it's warm, I love tank tops when it warm but if your not into them go with a cropped shirt or have one that has slices in the back. It will look cool and keep you cool. :)

Shoes can be anything that works with the outfit you pick :)
