I have this spot on the back of my neck that sounds similar. its dry and sometimes itchy. its been there for over a month. if you find out whatvitb is let me know :)

I would assume it would be a reaction to something that may have touched your face. its not rosacea or even hives. if it doesn't disappear within a day or two you should see a dr.
