Try the pink first. Use a fan brush, it will apply the blush more lightly than a traditional blush brush. Start the sweeping the blush from the outer edge of your iris (the colored part of your eye) out towards the sides of your cheeks in so it ends in your hairline above your ear. Use a clean fluffy blush or powder brush to blend out any soft edges.

Also, when you start below the iris, do not go too high. The blush should be BELOW the "undereye circle area".

With your tone, you might want to blend them together and use a fat brush.
