Does Ulta give out samples?

I know Sephora will give you a sample for basically anything. Does Ulta do the same?

The ulta near me doesn't.

They do but not the way Sephora does. Only time I get samples from Ulta is when I make a purchase over a certain amount or reach my goal points (or whatever it's called) on my rewards card. Sephora will give you samples just for coming in and saying hi. Lol
