What's the point of lip liner? I see a lot you saying you use it when you wear certain colors. Why?

It keeps your lipstick from bleeding and it also makes it last longer! You generally wear it with darker colors, (brighter as well) to keep lives crisp, and to define your lip shape! You cAn also wear it with neutral /nude lipsticks too!

Only if it matches your skin tone. You should ALWAYS match your Lipliner to your lipstick unless you are changing the color of your lippie!
