No heat hair styles..help please?

So recently I've noticed my hair is much more damaged than it used too be. I use heat about everyday. If I haven't straightened it, I've used a curling iron or waver. So I'm looking for ways to get these looks without using heat. Preferably waves and curles. (My hair is basically naturally straight.) Help?? :)

So I find to make beautiful beach waves the best braid is either a dutch braid or a french braid if you want to do curls making a bunch of buns in your hair makes huge bouncy curls that last all day and my last technique for no heat curls is a head band tuck where you tuck your hair through your headband for any tutorials on these just ask me hope I could help
