OK, so I'm 13 and my room and bathroom are a mess!! It's not like there is trash everywhere but there's dirty clothes on my bed, on the floor, my desk is stacked with old books so I can't use it. And my bathroom is a whole other story. My makup is everywhere on the counter, dirty clothes are on the floor, etc. I'm going to clean it today so I don't need advice on cleaning it but HOW DO I KEEP IT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!! I try so hard but it always gets like this. I just want a clean room :(

Get a dirty clothes hamper put your books on a self and put your makeup in little containers

^yes. You can get cute clear or colored storage stuff at like target or anywhere really to store makeup and get a big hamper to put all your clothes in.

I also agree with not storing makeup in the bathroom. The steam from the shower creates a lot of moisture in the air which can get into makeup and cause it to go bad quickly. A bathroom is basically a breeding ground for bacteria.
As far as keeping things organized, when you're doing your makeup, put everything back where it goes right after you use it. Example, when I'm done with my bronzer I put it back in it's drawer. When I'm done with a brush, I put it back in the cup. This way everything is clean when you're done with you're makeup.
As far as laundry and dirty clothes, my mother keeps three huge hampers in the laundry room for my family. One is for light clothes, one for white, one for dark. After we shower we take our clothes to the laundry room and put them in the correct hamper. Simple as that. My siblings and I all take turn doing laundry on different days.
To maintain a clean room DON't LET YOURSELF GO TO SLEEP WITH A DIRTY ROOM. I've been doing this lately and it works. Plus I think it helps me sleep better. Just pick up anything you might have laying around before you go to bed. Good luck!
