Brow Powder Or Brow Pencil?

Hey girls, i have thick eyebrows and i usually dont do anything with my eyebrows when i put makeup on. I wanna update my full face routine just so it can look more sophisticated. Brow powder or brow pencil? i dont want it to look to harsh.

powder! it gives s polished look send us buildable without looking severe. I use bare minerals brow powder.

I use a shadow...I find pencil to be a little harsh....at least for me it is.
