What are the best ways to get curls or waves without heat? thanks x :)

Flexirods! I use them every night to save my curls. They would best on dry previously curled hair. I curl my hair like one a week this way. You can buy them from Sally's or conair has them (called spiral foam rollers.) I use 2-8 every night with argan oil. This is how it comes out ❤️

I braid my hair and I do use heat if I want a maximum wave but a nice light beachy wave all it takes is some braids over night and hair spray!

You can try making waves using the headband method
Just look it up in YouTube it's super simple and doesn't require bobby pins or anything 😁

I do a rope braid after a shower when my hair is just slightly damp and it works so well! You can search youtube for tutorials in how to do the braid :)

I like Bantu knots. I managed to get these results when only doing 3 on each side. Mind the blurriness...

I do 2 rope braids 1 on each side when my hair is slightly damp and leave them over night :)
