So, I so basically everything I can to keep my hair healthy. I haven't used heat on months, I do weekly hot coconut oil treatments. I only wash my hair twice a week, I use a really good sulfate free shampoo/conditioner and a really good leave in. Take biotin, drink lots of water...etc. I just recently trimmed my ends about an inch, and my ends still feel dry ): I don't know what it is...maybe product build up? Any good hair detox type things out there?

the coconut oil might be drying it up. your better off using a leave in conditioner. but too much can leave ur hair feeling greasy and flat. and before you wash ur hair, stimulate ur scalp but brushing it so ur scalp pores can produce its natural oil.
