i notice chicks on youtube put a primer on their eyelids then after put a concealer or correction over it... why is that? can't you just use the primer? i was guessing it helped with pigmentation....? anyone know

I'll do it sometimes just to get my eyelids an even shade, primer goes on clear so it doesn't cover redness or the tiny veins. Sometimes those thing can can be seen even with eyeshadow on.
