I have really straight hair. Whenever I curl my hair it literally falls back into place after a few minutes. I need help on how to keep it curly after blow drying or using a curling iron. I have tried L'Oreal hairspray but it doesn't seem to want to stay in place. Any ideas?

I would try a different curling tool. My hair can be the same way but I purchased a Herstyler Curling Wand a couple of months ago. This curling tool has lots of heat but it could keep my curls without hairspray for 9 hours. But when I want my curls to stay in all day, I just use my Dove hairspray!

You have to prep the hair properly before curling. If starting wet apply a mouse or blowdry gel. Blow dry with volume. Paul Mitchell Hot of the press heat protecting spray or Oribe Heat lacquer. Curl in sections. Either hold the curl until it cools or pin it in place. Make sure it completely cools off. Apply hairspray. Thanks the pins out and finger comb a little unless you want defined curls. Hope this helps.

My sisters hair is the same..she bought that conair infiniti pro curl secret and it worked so good for her! It's a bit pricey but it's the only thing so far that her curls actually lasted :)...I also like to use mousse and I hair spray each curl! Don't over do the hairspray though or it will defeat the purpose.

Curl your hair with a flat iron. The curls will hold for a few days
