Hair color help!!

Ok so right now my hair is a light brown with blonde highlights that are growing out. I want to go a little darker, and get out of this weird awkward in between stage because I'm not a blonde but I'm not a brunette hahaha and for some reason that bothers me LOL the problem is that I have very pink cheeks and freckles and blue eyes. So I don't know what kind of brown I should do. Any suggestions of hair color that goes well with pink skin? I was thinking maybe a honeybrown... But I don't know lol help!!
