Best white eyeliner??

Yeyo by Urban Decay, NYX in milk or cottage cheese which has a little shine to it is nice for highlighting inner corner of eye or Tartes inner rim brighter which is a nude shade but gives the same bright eyed effect

i use Mac Naked Liner, its actually a lipliner but i make it versatile & use it on my waterline whenever i feel like it. Its not white either, its more of a nude color which i think is pretty, plus it last on my waterline all day, no smudging or fading

White can sometimes look too harsh, I use MAC chromaline pencil in NW 25/30

Yea that's deff true! Sometimes I have to soften it up !
