What are the pros and cons of liquid eyeliner? Can you do the same things with it as pencil and can you use it to tight line?

I use it more than a pencil...I do tight line with it but nothing beats a pencil when applying it to your water line.

Its messier and harder to perfect.
But it gives a sharper finish

Pros:
1.)Gives a sharper finish.
2.)Can create thin to thick with just changing the angle of the brush.
3.)Can flick better and easier for a winged look.
Cons:
1.)Can be messy if not careful.
2.)Its verrrrrrrrery hard to perfect putting it on your water and tight line because that skin is almost always wet, also it tends to smudge easier there because of the wet skin. But not all liquid liners do that but most do.
3.)Can be to harsh if going for a softer look.
3.)Harder to perfect.
