I for some reason want to do something special for valentines day this year for my makeup and I want any suggestions on really good products for great prices for all togethor under $20-40. Please help!! Thank you. Btw please no blush, powder foundation, fake lashes and yeah but thanj you!!

Gel liner, I like Maybelline's, a red lipstick with a blue undertones, its like half burgundy half true red. Those are the only two I can think of.
